The Literacy Council of SWLA, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to literacy and lifelong learning.  We offer services in the five parish area of Southwest Louisiana.  We are a United Way of SWLA funded organization and an authorized HiSET instruction provider via the LCTCS and WRU.
